TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms may vary from time to time and you should check them before making a new purchases
You may return any unused product you buy from us within 7 working days of receipt.
The product must be in PERFECT UNUSED CONDITION and packed in all original packaging, both internal and external, with instruction booklets.
Item must be returned in its original unused condition at your own cost.

CONDITIONS OF THE GUARANTEE:

All products purchased from BABYWHEELS are covered by a 12 month guarantee.
We recommend that you keep all packaging from your purchase for the full guarantee period.
If your goods need to be returned for any reason, they must be returned in their original packaging.
We will offer a spare, repair or replacement product free of charge where the product, pushchair, stroller or car seat goes wrong within the 12 month guarantee period.  A refund will be offered if a replacement is not available.
All complaints regarding product defects should be notified at the point of sales.`
Warrantee repairs are made by the producer or a service company which the salesman informs about. Physical defects of the carriage discovered during the warranty period will be removed free of charge in a period of 21 days from the date of delivering it, through the mediation of a salesman to the company.
The warranty period is prolonged by the duration of the repair.
The method of the carriage repair is set by the granter of the guarantee.
The product should be delivered for repair in a clean state.
The guarantee embraces the territory of the EU.
The guarantee on the sold consumer product does exclude neither suspends the rights of the buyer resulting from the incompatibility of the product with the contract.


THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Natural wear connected with use.
Damages arising from improper and inconsistent use with the user's operating instructions.
Conducting repairs by unauthorized persons.
Damages or tears resulting from the fault of the buyer.
Fading of fabrics due to prolonged exposure to sunlight
